Major Marketing Limited provides digital marketing services, including SEO, paid advertising, marketing automations, and website design and development. All services are engaged via formal consultation and subsequent agreement, not through an online checkout process.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description. Major Marketing Limited operates an SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in through our web form, you consent to receive text messages from Major Marketing Limited These messages fall into two categories: (a) transactional and informational messages, such as appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service updates; and (b) promotional and marketing messages, such as special offers, discounts, and service announcements. You may opt in to either or both categories. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to opt out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

How to get help. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the support details in Section 16 below.

Supported carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Major Marketing Limited

Privacy. Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or phone numbers will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Fees & Payment

Services are quoted individually per engagement or proposal. Applicable fees, billing schedules, and any refund arrangements are governed exclusively by the statement of work or individual agreement established between the client and Major Marketing Limited

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site or our services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site, compromise its security, or extract data systematically without prior authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatchewan, Canada.
